Rev. Carla leads us on a mythological romp through the stories of the Beltane and Persephone. We will begin by exploring the Beltane, also celebrated as May Day, a traditional Pagan holiday filled with frivolity and frolicking.
After a break for refreshments, we will visit the Greek Goddess Persephone as she finds her way back from the underworld ruled by Hades. This workshop is interactive and participatory—and a lot of fun!
Please bring snacks to share. Suggested donation is $20. Register on www.unitycitrusheights.org and we will send you the address.
