The Biblical Patriarch Jacob struggled with guilt over deceiving his father and brother, We use his dream of wrestling with an angel as a guide to healing remorse we are carrying with us from the past.

The Mythological Pandora disobeyed her elders and opened the mysterious box, thereby releasing a world of woe and sorrow. We look at where our curiosity has led us, the price we paid and the gifts we received.

This experiential workshop includes exercises to help reveal how the cultural legacies of these two spiritual ancestors has impacted our lives today, as well as times of sharing and healing. Suggested Love Offering $25.

The Potlatch is also called a celebration of giving. It is based on northwestern American native customs, and consists of bringing things to give away. They can be new, they can be old, they can be handmade, they can be whatever you are moved to give. You are, of course, invited to take those things that others have brought. Come and explore this ancient prosperity practice on the third Sunday of each month.

Friday, March 22, 6 p.m. at the Auwaerter home
We begin our celebration of the return of Spring by breaking bread and enjoying one another's company. Then Rev. Carla provides information about the seasons and equinoxes, followed by a raucous session of playing drums and other percussion instruments, led by Dick and Donna. Love offering. RSVP for directions.
