We do traditional dances from around the world (Greece, Israel, Scotland, Russia, France, North and South America, etc.) Dances range from slow and meditative to quite lively. (We'll be doing slower dances this time).
No partner, dance experience, or special skills of any kind are needed. Each dance is taught just before it is done. Beginners are always welcome.
Circle Dance is a means for relaxation, joy, growth, awareness and healing. Also known as Sacred Dance or World Dance, it was birthed at Findhorn, a spiritual community in Scotland. $15 suggested Love Offering.
