Experiential/Meditative Workshop, $20 Love Offering requested. In this Tuesday night meditation, Lisa Lawson uses her harp, singing bowls, gong, and beautiful singing to lead us in this ancient practice. The sound vibrations create deep relaxation, freeing us from emotional blockages and healing our bodies as our bodies vibrate at the same frequencies as sound, allowing the body to heal itself.

Bring a mat or a blanket if you'd like to lie on the floor for the ultimate meditative experience. Chairs are provided.

Lisa Lawson is Minister of Music at Unity Spiritual Community in Citrus Heights, and performs as the Music Director of Sacramento Baroque Soloists, and with her family in the Celtic music band Lady of the Lake. Her passion is to draw people together with music to help them express and discover their divine spiritual nature.
