First Friday Meditation

Zoom meeting

Rev. Carla leads us in a variety of guided meditations, exploring different traditions and techniques. Each month we share some time that allows us to relax from the busyness of the week, and experience a deepening of our perception and understanding.

We will be practicing the Buddhist meditation called Tonglen at our First Friday Meditation in September. Rev. Carla will present a slide show of beautiful images of our planet and its peoples as we use our breath to transform each aspect of our Earthly experience into Divine Love.

Tonglen is an ancient, powerful practice utilizing our breathing and our intent to impact the world around us. It reflects our true nature, power and mission, and enables us to take spiritual action to improve conditions in all aspects of life.
